When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12:30 PM Pacific Time typically ship the same day. Orders after 12:30 PM ship the next business day. We do not ship weekends or holidays. All orders ship from Seattle, Washington.

Tracking Your Order
You'll receive status emails at your checkout email address and/or sms. Tracking details arrive within 24 hours of shipment.

Free Shipping
Free on USA orders over $95. Same-day processing for orders before 12:30pm PT. Delivery takes 1–3 business days from Seattle. Excludes USA territories.

Flat Rate Shipping
$7.00 for USA orders under $95. Same-day processing for orders before 12:30pm PT. Delivery takes 1–5 business days. Excludes USA territories.

Expedited Shipping
UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver available at checkout. Rates based on weight and destination. We prioritize expedited orders for processing Monday–Friday before 12:30 PM PT for same-day shipment.

Shipping Restrictions
USPS Priority is available to P.O. boxes, APO, and FPO addresses. Orders ship business days only (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). Availability varies; we ship complete orders but can arrange partial shipments on request. Single address per order. All orders from Seattle. Shipping charges are non-refundable; refunds cover merchandise only.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via UPS. Your country may charge import duties, VAT, or GST—up to 25% or more—collected upon delivery. GRAYL cannot determine nor cover these costs of your delivery. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees outside the USA. These vary by country and aren't refundable. Refused shipments forfeit original shipping, duties, taxes, and return costs.
